Feels good to be rehearsing and working on new songs with Anthony Rubino who is willingly filling the shoes of the hard to replace Aaron Bakker. And all in all things feel very natural as Anthony is amazing in his own right. Next stop: The Pig Roast.

Yes it’s True. Aaron Bakker, Who has played in Dorian Taj for the last 11 years is leaving town.  He will be missed for as one of my best friends and as one of the best guitarists in the city as many would agree. There will be a going away party for him and Conci at the Double Door Monday May 16th. Info on the show page.

The 6th annual Dorian Taj thanksgiving night performance at Liars Club is on again for next week

It seems to be last fridays show at the darkroom may have been Black Nags last. Still trying to sort out some of the details. The new record, which was going to be recorded by John Langford this weekend is wiped off the board. The demos I recorded for it will be shined up, put in order and released as is. We shall see what happens next.

Friday in october and the pumpkins are in full glory.

It will be Jason Labrosse’s birthday at midnight and that when Black Nag will hit the stage. Guitarist Chris will not be there since he has to work in Ottawa early sat; The show will go on.
